Refund & Cancellation Policy
Once a valid refund request submitted, the refund will be processed within 20 days of receiving the refund request. All refunds will be returned to the choice of customer provided we are able to process on the same financial instrument as requested by the customer. In the event refund is not possible on the choice of customer, we will suggest alternate means of refund
Cancellation & Refunds For Training
NAUTIKA reserves the right to postpone/cancel a live training or change the time of a training because of insufficient enrollments, instructor illness or force measure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability etc.)
How to initiate Refund request
By dropping an email to our customer support team at support@nautika.co. All refunds will be processed within 16 days of receiving the refund request.
